Moditure Learning designed and developed a world class customer service training programme for all call centre agents and supervisors. This was run across the organization and assisted the business to be ranked no. 1 in the market for service levels and customer care as rated by the customer.
Moditure Consulting assisted the CEO, the EXCO and their teams to run a culture change process at Siemens. The project developed leadership culture and inculcated the Siemens Leadership Framework into the organisation. This included the implementation of a series of change initiatives involving cross divisional customer aligned teams. The executives were coached, the EXCO were united and the organisations over 100 people aligned to the new Africa 5 year strategy. Moditure Consulting used the tried and tested proprietary model – the Destiny Chain very successfully here.
Moditure Consulting assisted the MD of an Alexander Forbes Financial Services division to completely turn around the business in terms of moral, turnover, profit and overall performance. The project included coaching, facilitation and workshops throughout the organisation with rigorous follow-up on agreed actions. The different departments went through Moditure’s Destiny Chain process as well as completed game capture activities at the offsite. After 18 months the business unit received 4 out of 5 awards on offer at the global organization’s annual awards.
