facilitator and trainer: Michael Mitchell
Michael is a long-standing member of the Genesis team. His most dynamic contributions have been developing initiatives for financial services organisations in a changing business landscape. In this area, Michael has coached individuals, consulted with teams and worked with organisations. His work has enabled different groups to meet challenges such as smart sourcing, downsizing, legislation and business performance.
facilitator and trainer: Russell Armstrong
Russell has been managing and leading people since 1985. He has had senior management responsibilities for business development in several multi-nationals. Russell is a founder member of Genesis Development in Southern Africa and was the lead consultant there for 5 years. He is currently a board member of LND Partners responsible for marketing and business development as well as a principle consultant and a leading coach of Genesis Development UK.
Office / finance manager: Anita Mc Donald
Anita is a great asset to the company. She has been with the Moditure for the past 5 years.When the financial position became available in the company, she jumped at the opportunity to not only better herself, but to explore new ground. She immediately did an internationally recognized course in bookkeeping and advanced finance. Working closely with the accountants, she has worked to improve her skills in the finance department.
