Sean has been a leader all his life. He has lived and worked in 6 countries with over 25 years of Management experience in diverse industries across Europe and Southern Africa. He is a an Non-Executive Director of the Moditure Group. He is an inspiring radio presenter and acclaimed author of a top selling book - 10º to North.
He combines years of practical experience with strong academic understanding. He has an MBA from Bond University Australia, and a degree in life! Sean simplifies issues and truly makes a difference wherever he works.
He has facilitated strategy development at highest level, developed teams and created strategically relevant learning interventions for top 100 companies. These include S.A.B, Investec, Standard Bank, Vodacom, Siemens, Deutsche Bank, JSE, Cisco Systems, Compaq/HP, JP Morgan, Alexander Forbes, Toyota, etc. His focus is Leadership Development that creates profitable movement and confidence.

Nunda Naidoo is the Managing Director of Moditure Learning (Pty) Ltd.
Nunda has a warm and welcoming personality. He has played a leading role in the struggle for Democracy in South Africa, and because of these experiences, Nunda has the ability to understand the basic human needs required to make people feel comfortable. His motto in life is that 'successful people make successful businesses', and this approach has proven to be both unique and strikingly effective.
Nunda has more than 15 years, in-depth and hands on experience across all levels of management, and has run various projects for a number of Blue Chip organisations in a variety of industries. His knowledge of the diverse cultures in Southern Africa provides a thorough understanding to employees in the corporate environment.
After matriculating, Nunda studied Fine Arts at the University of Durban Westville. He is currently completing research for his MBA dissertation. Nunda has also done extensive research on the Generations and has articles published in National Newspapers and also appeared on both Television and Radio. He is involved in a number of political, social and religious organisations.
